The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They see adults and children as well. They also do retinal imaging. Please consider this location if you need an optometrist.

If you have time to waste in their waiting room feel free to make a visit to this place. We were scheduled to 12:00 to see an opticion, it took almost an hour to get started with our exam. Also we werent told that there will be charged despite they had our insurance info and policy number. They tell you surprising charges after you step in . Make sure to come with a filled up wallet

The staff (Jen) would not let me get my trial contacts because I had a balance of less then $100 so when i was able to get up with the money now I was told that have to come back in to get resized and pay another co pay. When I called to make the payment I was informed that they got rid of them and also was informed that they dont hold trial contact due to non payment and was apologetic from the managers behalf and she will speak to that staff. Not sure why she chose me to be ignorant too but I will be switching offices.

I generally do not write reviews but I felt this was deserved. I had a little issue with my glasses I ordered here at Bay Eye Center in Mansfield. I reached out to Courtney the office manager and within an hour she contacted me and asked if I could come see her. I explained the issue and without hesitation she said she's willing to do what ever it takes to make sure I am 100% satisfied. She had me pick a new pair of glasses of my choice, fit them, and told me they would be ready as soon as possible. I was leaving for Florida the next day, she said no problem at all I'll have them ship to your door down there.
It's not often you find this type of customer service anymore. Courtney was genuinely concerned I left there with knowing that Bay Eye Center cares about every one of their patients and will accept nothing less than 100% satisfaction. She went way above and beyond and I really appreciate that. Thank you Courtney, I will surely continue to come there for my eye care needs.

I've had 5 star experience here until last evening when, after a 25 minute drive, the receptionist informed me that they were short staffed and couldn't accommodate my daughter's contact lense fitting and that we'd need to schedule a separate appointment at and additional $100+ cost. It's not easy fitting one appointment, nevermind two, into a busy high schooler's schedule. Communication is a low point with regards to availability and not pushing the information that they'd moved locations in the appointment reminder emails/texts. Currently undecided whether or not to bring my family's eight eyes back here or go elsewhere.

This place was immaculate. The front desk staff was welcoming, I don't have to wait. I was impressed with the high tech machines for imaging, and the doctor was friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing, and why she was doing it. They also take my health insurance.
