this place was amazing! I would recommend anyone to go here. I scheduled an eye exam with Dr. Vu. Everything was quick and easy, the staff was welcoming and friendly! I was able to get some laughs in with them during the first part of my exam which was great. Dr Vu was also very friendly and professional, patient as well! He answered any questions I had. :)

This is the second year in a row I've had to fight with Natick Eye Associates over incorrect insurance billing for a routine eye exam. When calling to explain that they have given the insurance company the wrong procedure code they refuse to help because they either claim that they did not make a mistake or that it has been too long. My insurance company had them resubmit this latest claim three times but now we're talking to a debt collector instead.
The office, doctors, and staff (besides billing) we have found very good but that doesn't matter when we're left worrying about simple insurance billing for months afterwards.
