Tallman Eye Associates

I have been a patient of Dr. Kwon at Tallman Eye in Newburyport since Dr. here sank retired. They have redone the office so that it is bright and inviting. The office staff is great to deal with and they handle appointments and payments professionally. The wait times, once arriving for scheduled appointment are reasonable. The tech staff that handles my preparation and testing is also friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, I cannot say enough about Dr. Kwon. He is efficient, professional, and friendly and takes the time to explain the condition of my eyes, as well of the prognosis. I am now legally blind from macular degeneration but Dr. Kwon is keeping an eye on my worsening glaucoma. Thank you to all!

Dr. Kwon is terrific and his associates make a great team. It is easy to book an appointment. Everyone is friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and Dr. Kwon gives you his utmost attention and helping with any eye situation. He makes you feel at ease with any problem you might have. He is an excellent physician and I am so glad I found him to take care of my eyes.

Been going to Tallman and Dr Kwon for several years exam is always professional and thorough. Every one working there is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had bad staff service with this organization, they missed my ride at the surgery day, I have to drive myself to the place for my surgery, then I went back for post visit to the same center instead of the other place in North Andover, it was my fault and regardless all that, the associate from the laser center gave me a wrong address which led me to a crazy driving around town for 20 minutes. I think people who work for this organization need to improve their professionalism and service skill set. Please change your mindset come to work and stop the attitude of just getting a paycheck. Great experience everyone from reception to the Doctor were awesome. I got the best care there.

My appointment was at 1:30 with my doctor. I was in my car by 2:00. Excellent examination and good results.
