Kindest staff- they fixed my persol sunglasses that no where else could fix! I brought my glasses to five other places and literally none of them were able to fix but the optical shop fixed easily and only charged me five dollars- would have paid a lot more as I was able to salvage my nearly ten year old pair of favorite glasses instead of having to replace them! They also had an amazing and huge selection of glasses/sunglasses and accepted my eyemed plan -and I'm looking forward to going back to support this wonderful local business.

Feliz is a very nice guy, didn't charge heavy on me. I broke 2 glasses by accident 1 by basketball and other accidentally falling asleep lol. And he don't upscale the cost of fixing both. Thank you so much for the help

Just wondering kind person and a great professional - Felix been helping my son with his glasses since he was a kid. Fix the frame, call when prescription is ready. He pays utmost attention to his clients" needs. Highly recommend!

Felix is the best guy around. I've been going to him for years, and I drive over an hour to see him. He is a top-notch professional in his field and quick to diagnose and fix any problem. He has a great selection of mainstream and more unique glasses, plus the best customer service anywhere.

I have been going to Felix for a number of years and he is the best! Today made me take the time to write a review. My son who is away at college just lost his glasses. He had just run out of contacts. Wouldn't you know it's just before exams and final exams and his contact script just expired. I called Felix, went into the shop and within an hour he had affordable glasses made that I was able to overnight down to my son! THANK YOU FELIX. While I write this I also need to chime in on his selection and ability to help people find just the right frames... Both my boys needed glasses. They went to 3 or 4 places not wanting to listen to Dad and go to Felix. In almost every place they received little to no assistance or guidance on what might work or look good. Some places the selections were pretty weak. They couldn't find the right frame. Well, off we went to visit Felix with his personalized service and attention. In just a short time they both had wonderful glasses that they chose and loved. I can't say enough great things about The Optical Shop at the Brook House! Like many of us, I rarely write reviews but realized today he truly deserves one. More importantly, I know there are probably many of his clients who are saying or thinking the same thing but haven't written a review. This is from all of us!

Felix is one of the nicest, most patient guys I have ever met. He genuinely wants to make sure you're happy with your glasses, and he has so much experience that he's honest and forthright with what may or may not be a good match for your face shape and color. This past week I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses (game changer!!) and glasses, and even though there was a line for Felix, he made me feel like I was the only customer there. So much appreciation for Felix and how good he is at his job! Highly recommend!

I came here to get my prescription eyeglasses fixed they started coming loose and needed adjusting Felix fixed them. Felix was very skilled at repairing my eye glasses! I recommend his establishment if you need to get prescription eyeglasses or get them repaired! Felix is the person to see.
