It's always a pleasure to go into Dr Frangeih's office. The people that greet you when you arrive have always been friendly & even when the entire office is really busy they all (including Dr Frangeih, of course!!) remain cheerful. The nice thing is this Norfolk office is nearer to my home than Norwood. Can't say enough great things about this Doctor & staff--been a patient for years!

I've been seeing Dr. Palumbo for a while and she is wonderful! She takes her time through the exam and explains potential issues with solutions. I'm very lucky to have found her! The front desk staff are lovely and helpful. If the practice is still open to new patients, you'd be lucky to be one!

Dr. Palumbo is fantastic! Three generations of my family are under her care and she is always thorough, knowledgeable, and caring with all of us from age 8 - 77. The front desk staff and assistant in the Norfolk office are equally wonderful.

Dr Palumbo was prompt, friendly and professional. Her exam was thorough and she explained everything to me about the results of my examination in a detailed and understandable way. She also answered all my questions in a manner I found satisfactory.

I called Eye Care Specialists because I was troubled by a corneal ulcer. These are very painful, especially when looking toward a light or on a bright, sunny day, and in my case the ulcer recurs every 1-2 years. I called and asked to be seen as soon as possible. The office staff was so courteous and professional! I was offered an appointment that same day at the Norfolk office. When I arrived I was checked in immediately and seen within a few minutes. The medical assistant was extremely efficient, and handled the initial questions (history of illness, drug allergies, etc.) like a champ. After another very short wait, no more than 2 or 3 minutes, Dr. Frangieh examined my eyes, evaluated the best prescription eye drops for me, and prescribed the medicine electronically to the pharmacy of my choice. He also gave me some over-the-counter drops at no charge to make my eyes more comfortable. Even though my examination and treatment were prompt and quick, I never felt rushed. I honestly could not have asked for better care. What a truly professional, empathetic, and caring practice!

I was extremely happy with my visit with Dr. Marisa Palumbo. She and everyone in her office were extremely kind and professional. Very refreshing these days !
