I am so glad I started coming here! Dr O'Connor is just great and so is his office manager. My eye exam was friendly and informative, it definitely wasn't a chore to be there. Not only that, after requesting my prescription (it's out of pocket so costs are important) go to a certain place, Dr O'Connor price checked and asked if I would prefer to go to another place in the same town as the cost was $60 less. I couldn't be happier, either with Eye Associates with Dr O'Connor as an optometrist or with the level of customer service I received.

My mother started going to Eye Associates after our current eye doctor was making mistakes with our prescriptions. The Doctor Timothy O'connor is really the best eye doctor I have ever been too. He was funny and really knew what was best for my mom, and I. His rule is you can't leave his office until he has helped you find the perfect pair of glasses. His receptionist is very nice and easy to talk to. It's always a pleasure going to see the eye doctor. I would recommend this eye doctor to anyone.

My whole family goes to this eye doctor. He is funny and very friendly. He is gentle and knows what he is doing. The receptionist are also very friendly and personable. Once I started going I couldn't go to another eye Dr ever again. He has ruined me for other doctors (in a good way) ha-ha

Does not return calls to schedule appointments. My insurance says they are accepting new patients they aren't but didn't have the decency to return my call and let me know. When I let them know my insurance said they were accepting new patients she very rudely said well we're not. I told her she should fix that with the insurance definitely better than ignoring or being rude.
