My eye doctor of over 15 years has decided to retire, he's in his 90s! It's about time he kicked back a little. Anyway I wanted to find a new eye doctor who wasn't all about seeing as many patient per hour as possible. I am glad I found Doctor Vosbikian at Boroyan OD. She is fantastic. The staff there was wonderfully patient and helpful. I see there are a couple older reviews that are not so positive. I would suggest reconsider giving them a new try. My new family optometrist!

Horrible customer service I came in for a eye exam / contact lens on 4/17 a Tuesday and also bought lenses for my glasses on same day and was told they should be ready the next Monday they would need time to cut and size them . I never received any calls all week and finally called them on 4/28 because I work the same hours as them during the week and had no time . They told me I never showed up Monday so that they assumed I didn't care. Now let me remind you I already payed in full for everything cash with no insurance so I definitely cared and needed them . Then the owner goes to tell me I can get a refund on the lenses but she won't be able to give me a prescription to go elsewhere to get it done such as LensCrafters that does this in under two hours same day. This is totally unprofessional and not the way to handle there own mistakes and I had already payed for the exam so the prescription should have already been in my hands when I left on 4/17 I just didn't ask cause I assumed I would be coming back the next Monday . They obviously don't care about you once u pay them . Never going back and will tell everyone I know how awful this place is and how rude they are when they make a mistake .

I have gone to this doctor from the first time I got glasses in first grade to now. I live in Vermont and will always travel when needing an appointment to Boroyan. The staff is always so welcoming and sweet. Always made me feel welcome and comferterable.

Awful customer service. I'd prefer going to Walmart Eye Center.
