I've been coming here for my glasses for years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always help me pick the right frames. I won't get my glasses anywhere else.

Absolutely speechless at how extremely rude the optometrist was. Literally accused me of LYING on the eye exam because he couldn't figure out how to get me to 20/20 vision with his lenses. I'm sorry but that's the job of the person getting paid really well to know how to adjust and customize lenses, right? I was not able to read any letters and he said that it was my responsibility to accurately tell him which settings were better, even though I couldn't tell any difference between them because they were all blurry. He almost didn't even write up a prescription for me, which would have been $125 down the drain. What kind of person tells their customer that they're "lying" about whether I could see letters or not? What possible reason or benefit would I have to lie? It's not my duty to understand all the ins and outs of how the exam works! So I'm not even sure if the lenses I got are going to be any good. Extremely discouraged, definitely never going to this optometrist again. I should have read the other reviews that also mentioned how rude he was. Please get your act together, Walmart. People are fed up with the adversarial relationship most megacorporations have with their own consumers and it's going to boil over at this rate. UPDATE: The lenses I got were exactly as I suspected. They were already too blurry on the day I got them, and in just half a year (as of December 2025) they're now almost useless. Because of this I have lowered my review from two stars to one star. I only gave two stars because the people fitting glasses were polite, but I paid well over $250 for basically nothing in the end except for someone raising my anxiety and stress for literally no reason. Why should I be spending that much money to be abused? Walmart should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for employing such a rude and incompetent optometrist, and I've now lost a lot of faith in eye doctors.

My wife has been trying for 6 months to get a pair of glasses that work. Her perfect is complicated and has prisms. Who's I remembered the male tech that finally got it right. We told his manager he should get a raise! We highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center

I didn't understand my new insurance or what was allowed. The eye exam was quick and easy and the staff in the vision center helped me choose glasses that fit my face the best. We went over options, what was included in my insurance and what was not. I am glad I chose to go here, they were very helpful. I get my new glasses Friday and I can't wait. I will use them when I get my sunglasses as well.

I went to this Walmart because I broke the bow on , my frames. Glued the bow and it held but I don't know for how long. The girl named Alyssa was extremely helpful. Very patient.she tried to fit my lenses into whatever frames were there.she explained to me that if I got the lenses and ,the frame they fit the lens to the new frames. Would have loved a more expensive frame Sophia Loren but I guess when I get new lenses maybe in a few years I'll come back and get frames, and new lenses all together. Very happy with my experience I would go back again. Exceptional employee

My glasses broke. I Asked for the cheapest frame to replace my lenses into. Nice guy with glasses helped me out, I paid under 60 for everything. Really happy

Do not go to this doctor. I have made appointments twice, only to have them canceled on the same day. Provider appears to not care about patients. Do yourself a favor and visit a reputable clinic without a flaky doctor.
