Dr. Chase and Nancy are the kindest people around. They always spend extra time asking me about my career and family, fit me in for any emergencies, and always get me contacts or glasses as soon as I need them. I genuinely look forward to visiting their offices, and Dr. Chase's sage advice has gotten me through many tough days in my life.

The receptionist who is unprofessional needs to be replaced. She got my contacts purchased completely wrong. I brought two pairs of daily lenses with the prescription I was using and told her I need 3 months of them. She said I have $150 insurance allowance and can purchase 6 months with a total of $240.
I came to pick up the lenses three times during their working hours shown in Google, but the place is closed. Fourth time only to find that she ordered non-daily lenses. Either trolling or racism.

He diagnosed my glaucoma and made sure I went to see a specialist. When my husband developed redness and discomfort in one eye, the office staff got him on same day, for what turned out to be a corneal abrasion. Real cares about his patients.

Difficult to schedule with, google hours of operation are not accurate. Eye exam took a long time to schedule, the work was good. Review being written during COVID times, they take Covid very seriously, which is part of what drives the scheduling issues, may be better once we get back to normal.

I think they need to replace the receptionist because I got my glasses here a while back and she told me I can drop by anytime to adjust my glasses if it ever comes loose. I did drop by and she told me to make an appointment just to adjust my glasses and there wasn't even anyone there at the time.

I have been with them for many years. Last time I called them they said my yearly wasn't until December 2020. Just called them they said they no longer take my insurance and don't have any appointments. Basically see you not my problem.
