Scammers- this practice is a disorganized mess and they are more interested in selling you expensive contacts than in the best interest of the patient. They scammed for $1000 contacts that were not right for me and then incorrectly billed me more than once. I do not recommend this practice and will not return. More interested in whatever kickbacks and promos they might be receiving from companies than in getting you the medical solution you need. The doctor I saw pushed me (although I asked for alternatives) into getting expensive daily contact lenses. He flat out told me that the manufacturers don't offer a 2 week multifocal contact lens. After a year of headaches and bad vision- guess what? I'm seeing a new, HONEST eye doctor elsewhere who prescribed me a 2 week multifocal lense! Do not trust these doctors and stay away. Their billing is very dishonest. They split the contact exam into parts so your insurance won't cover it or submit the parts to insurance, and then you get a bill later. Do not recommend, STAY AWAY!

They were very upfront about which tests were covered or not. I waited less than 10 minutes. They had all of my records, and explained my issues clearly. I need another test and follow up. Nothing was a surprise, but a confirmation of previous symptoms. They were very professional and pleasant. I had Dr. A and her assistant. I would recommend her highly. Sharon J.

If I could give this place 0 points, I would. Horrible customer service, impossible to get in touch with billing- the call immediately goes to a voicemail, they don't return phone calls, no emails, nothing! They also split a routing eye exam into components that insurance doesn't cover and then charge you out of pocket! So my insurance already paid for an eye exam and now this practice is charging the patient for a portion, that is already included in an eye exam and was paid for!! Greedy!!! I had quite a few eye exams before and never had to deal with paying for getting a prescription!! And when you have questions about the bill, you don't hear back from them for months! But they keep sending you the bill. The person doing my exams was rushing, gave me a very basic prescription that I can't use anywhere, other than in their optical boutique. Not recommended!!! Update: Practice manager called after she learned of this review (otherwise i wouldn't hear back for another year) and tried to convince me that this is a regular practice. It's not! Had multiple eye exams where they perform a clinical and a vision exam and don't charge the patient for the vision component. She tried to explain how their revenues go down and insurances pay less. Good to know how they make up for lost revenue - charge the insurance 100% for the eye exam and then charge the prescription portion (that is already included in the eye exam) to the customer. In this economy they should be ashamed of their sketchy business practices.

Upon scheduling my appointment, I encountered unprofessionalism from the front desk staff. Despite explicitly requesting a contact lens specialist over the phone, I was mistakenly scheduled for a regular eye exam for glasses, which I later discovered. Thankfully, the examiner did not proceed and brought me back to the front desk to reschedule. However, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude, claiming I never mentioned a contact lens appointment and implying I was dishonest, and proceeded to argue. The receptionist then asked if I knew how to use contact lenses, which seemed irrelevant since I had already stated my history of using contacts to the person in the back. I felt belittled due to the receptionist's unprofessionalism. The back staff were extremely nice, but the appointment receptionists lack customer service ethics. Mistakes happen, but being defensive and not owning up to mistakes is not okay. I wasn't upset until she started arguing.

What an amazing experience we had! From being greeted by a wonderful team, to the Dr's assistant who was super nice and friendly. Last but not Least , the extraordinary care and time we got from Dr Frangieh was remarkable! highly recommended

I have interacted with three doctors here and I feel very blessed to have been cared by them. The technicians are caring and considerate when they do various eye tests. The administrative staff are very good at setting up my appointments. Overall I feel good about the eye care I have received for several years from everyone at Eye Care Associates.

I was seen promptly. The technician who first saw me was professional and patient. After my eyes were dilated, the doctor was quickly there to examine my eyes. Dr. Mills was excellent. As a new patient, I was pleased and would recommend this office

Very professional staff. The technician or assistant ( not sure of her title) is very competent and kind. You are lucky to have her. Dr. Mills was great. Efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and personable. Highly recommend this practice.
