Such a nice experience I had. Being a first time customer I had nothing but positive things to say about the service. From check in..to my eye exam with Dr. Payton (she is so funny and has a great way of keeping you calm) to picking out my new glasses with Yolette. It was all stress free and no hassle or up selling. I've found my new eye place. Hooray!! Prices are great and they clearly tell you what you have to pay and what your insurance covers. I love the transparency. See you soon to pick up my glasses. Keep up the great work!!!

I had a great experience at this office thanks to Dr. Uddin, the Black woman who gave me my first exam and the two Haitian ladies in the glasses department. Great energy. Great conversations. Dr. Uddin and I had a swift but heartfelt conversation on top of her literally educating me on what's going on with my eyes. The first doctor to ever help me understand. 10 out of 10 experience!

This has been my third visit at My Eye Dr. and with Dr. Philibin. And this is my first time with Progressive Lenses, it has been a bit of a challenge getting used to at first. BUT, with the help of Yolette, we swapped out the first set for a much better set of lenses. Its like I can see the world brand new!! So glad I did not give up, thank you Yolette, you have been so extremely helpful! I never felt rushed me out the door, she took her time to make certain I had the right lenses for ME. This has been a fantastic experience. I even took advantage of the second pair discount, just picked them up today.

Dr. Philibin was a cool dude. Marie was awesome! She was incredibly patience and kind. You can tell she goes above and beyond for guests. I'd highly recommend this office. Update: The only thing I will say that I didn't like is the lack of clarity in terms of the options for contacts. The nurse that got me set up let me know that the daily wear contacts are typically more expensive. As a first timer at the office, as well as it being my first official time getting contacts, I would've appreciated being brought throw all of my options -- especially since I had expressed wanting to save money as best as I could. Just felt a bit blindsided but nonetheless, everyone was kind.

Sandy- was absolutely amazing. She was attentive..knowledgeable and made the appointment a pleasure. Yolete- was equally nice and n knowledge I had a great visit wirh these 2 ladies

Went for an eye exam with my 2 daughters the women at the front desk had no idea what they were doing extremely unprofessional, both drs were nice but then the lady in the glasses section was super rude to me at the end. I had lost my card and had no idea I was going to be charged for a contact fitting...I currently already wear contacts I didn't need a fitting to begin with I apologized told her I wasn't sure I was going to have to pay anything and I had misplaced my card and had no cash on me she made me feel like I was trying to rob them and told me I couldn't get my prescriptions or the sample contacts. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or go there in the future

Dr. S.Uddin in the Randolph office is truly a Godsend and the epitome of exceptional care. She kind, knowledgeable, and truly is A force in everything " The Eye" and Eye Health. The whole office was exceptional as well especially Mary She was nice, fast , and efficient Thanks Team again. I recommend this office 100x over.

My insurance and I paid for my glasses only for them to send me an additional bill later on that they could not explain. Brand new glasses came covered in tiny scratches and they refused to take them back
