I will never understand my people. Black owned, try to support...reach out to call...phone picked up to be placed on hold with no phone etiquette to say the name of business or please hold. I have now been sitting on hold for 7 minutes and 23 seconds counting. Hung up and called back, received same treatment, no answer, no hello...just instant pick and placed on hold. Shame on yall man...finally someone picks up and relays the optometrist is booked until August...huh? This is not serving our community properly by having to wait 5 months for an appointment to have assistance with your vision...another Shame on yall!

I wanted to support this business because the doctor is great, and I really tried several times to give them a chance. The customer service is so awful. 1) The call wait time is horrendous. 2) The appointment scheduling is so far out into the future. 3) The wait time to be seen during the appointment was longer than 30 minutes. People who dropped in without an appointment were seen before me, well into my appointment time. 4) A sale seems more important than anything. I ordered glasses twice from here. After receiving the new glasses, I went back to ask for an adjustment, but the staff acted like it was a bother and did not heed the adjustments I mentioned that were needed due to the discomfort I experienced with the glasses. I purchased another pair, and I mentioned a nickel allergy. I was told that the glasses should not be a problem, but it did, and the glasses are barely wearable now.

I'm reluctant to write this review since they helped me fix a missing nose-pad on my glasses but the service ended up severely damaging my lenses. As you can see, there are deep grooves around the nose-pads caused by the tool used. I'm mostly concerned the technician scratched the lenses twice; accidents happen, but please terminate a minor repair like nose-pad attachment if the expensive lenses are getting gouged!

The Dr is great. Explains each test as she does them. Is really friendly.

Love it here, I am a newbie here along with my six children and the services was BEYOND FANTASTIC! They're great with children and us adults. Mannerisms is everything to me when I am out spending money and let me tell you I forgot I was a customer because it was so family oriented! Glasses came in way before three weeks. I would say for myself a few days and my children a week and half. Love it Here (Family owned)! My eight year old daughter always wanted to be a heart surgeon, until she saw they were two sisters and their mom.

I had to make the big decision to get new glasses - with transitions lenses. I had a list of many providers to choose from, I stopped into Gallery - unsure if this place was good - and was greeted by MIRIAM.. She is FANTASTIC! She was very patient, courteous, and clear in what my options were and my out-of-pocket costs. She spent time with me and made me feel comfortable. Yes, the store is busy, and sometimes you're put on hold, but it's nothing excessive and worth the wait. So thank you, Miriam, you are excellent and professional and I appreciate your guidance!

I went to gallery eye care with two pairs of broken glasses they repaired them and sent me on my way within a half hour. The doctor and her two assistants were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you go there if you need eyeglass repair or prescriptions.

Every time we go into this store we're treated like family from the beginning to the end of our visit! Great selection of Eyewear and the entire staff is super helpful and professional!
