I had an appointment scheduled with the Dr. G. When I got to the office I was told that the doctor was doing surgery that day and I would be seeing an optometrist. I wanted to see the doctor for a small painful lesion on my face near the outer edge of my eye. The optometrist diagnosed the lesion as blepharitis and gave me an RX for a topical antibiotic. I had no symptoms of blepharitis so I made an appointment with a dermatologist. The dermatologist removed the skin lesion near my eye. What was so disappointing was that I made an appointment with Dr. G. Why did the office/ doctor not have the courtesy to call me and reschedule my appointment?

Dr. Gaddipati's office suddenly cancelled my appointment - which I had originally scheduled a year ago! - and they are only offering me a replacement appointment in four months! This is unacceptable. They should accommodate patients who they cancel on in a more prompt manner. Being this over-scheduled and short-staffed does make you wonder how attentive their care can be. (And who's to say they wouldn't cancel on me again in four months?)

The doctor is great, but they refuse to do any billing or communications electronically. I never received a bill via email or mail. I was told every visit I did not have a bill or owe any money. I then received notice from collections agencies a few months later. I find it disgusting that a doctor will inform his patients that they owe nothing to his business, only to turn around and burden those same patients with surprise medical debt. This also means that they provided my personal information (a HIPPA violation) to a collections agency without ever giving me the opportunity to pay my bill. These people pretend to care, but have no interest in your long term care. Just go someplace else.

As a very happy patient of Dr. Gaddipati, I can say that he is a wonderful and compassionate physician. He establishes such a great connection to his patients. On top of all that, he is an excellent ophthalmologist and I give him my highest recommendations!

I've been a patient of Dr Ghadipattis for years and have only the positive of experiences. He is one of the kindest doctors I have met and spends as much time as needed to address your questions. The office staff is friendly and attentive. I would highly Reccomended this doctor if you are in need of an eye doctor.
