Excellent A+ Dr Posner is the best as is her optical tech. Also the eyeglass techs are great. They all were exceptional. This group is professional and kind!! They have state of the art technology. Dr C is so thorough and shows you everything as she walks through the results. So happy someone referred me to them years ago!

This was our first (and last) attempt to visit this vision center, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting several months for our appointment, we were met with such rude and unprofessional interactions from the front desk staff today Sep 9 between 9:30-10:30 am --both over the phone with me and in person with my husband --that we decided to cancel just one hour before our scheduled time. Customer service and attitude make all the difference, and sadly this office fell far short. Life is too short to deal with businesses that don't treat people with respect and courtesy. We'll be taking our care elsewhere.
