We decided to try Village Eye Care after our previous doctor could not make appointments less than 1 year ahead. Our first appointments went very smoothly. But, then... when I came in to pick up the glasses I ordered, I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room and only then a 5 minute fitting. What really turned me off was when I had to come back when a screw fell out of the glasses and was lost. I checked in at 12:15. A customer that walked in after I had already been there for 15 minutes was welcomed by name... and taken immediately for fitting. After he was done, another customer was taken immediately after I was waiting over 40 minutes. I continued to wait as the customer and the technician had a casual conversation about the symptoms of "long covid". Then the technician went to lunch. I was able to pick up a screw kit for $1.98 and fix the glasses myself... but thats not the point. Beware. No call back, no apology... no care. We won't be back.

Super lovely place with wonderful staff! Everyone was so friendly to me and the doctor who saw me had the most melodious voice. I felt immediately at ease and comfortable with the people here. Would highly recommend coming here for your eye care needs!

Very professional and efficient, but no rush in anyway. Most thorough eye exam I've had with great explanations on all procedures. Liz T is a great technician and Dr. Morin's expertise and demeanor put you at ease. Both were very helpful in chasing down a prescription for me. The office is bright, clean and comfortable -- all around great experience. Thanks

Village Eye Care is extraordinary: the way all medical care SHOULD be delivered, but rarely is. Having endured a freakish eye injury, they have monitored my progress on a daily basis, accommodating my appointments cheerfully. All the staff, from the front desk to the amazing Doctors, are highly professional, highly skilled, cheerful, witty, kind and reassuring. Dr Morin & Dr Demosthenes are brilliant diagnosticians, shepherding me through recuperation with exceptional healing attitudes. My gratitude is boundless.

Everyone in this office was great. My normal eye doctor was out of town when I developed a problem that required attention. From the first phone call to check out, the team was kind and professional. Dr Morin was good at explaining what was going on and performed the tests with ease. I will absolutely recommend them if you need a new eye doctor.

This was our (my husband and I)first visit to this practice. I loved how thorough the exam was. Everyone was very open to answering questions and making sure I knew what was happening each step of the way. I would have given 5 stars had I not waited 35 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I asked if it was unusually busy but was told not really. First impression from my own experience is they run quite late but reading other reviews suggests otherwise. I'll be back

My first visit to Village Eye Care couldn't have gone better. Starting with Anna, who was kind and very professional and made my intake process easy . Dr Morin was very helpful with issues I have been having with my eyes and put me at ease to the fact I would be doing much better starting right away.
