Appleton Eye Associates

Visited the Hamilton AEA office today for my eyeglass repair (where glasses were orginally purchased) after giving up on anther AEA location yesterday. Walked in without appointment around 11:45 and to my surprise (and relief) was able to have the repair made almost immediately. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes total. Staff Nina & Duane were terrific. Cordial and professional. Will be back for next checkup and new glasses, if needed. Thanks again!

What an excellent experience I had there yesterday. Both Jon and Vivian were fabulous! John's eye examination was very specific and comprehensive. Vivian was terrific helping me choose frames as well as measuring my new lenses. Highly recommended for any customer. UPDATE: I just received the glasses John and Vivian made for me. They are the best glasses I have had since I started wearing glasses. No question.

I had an excellent experience at Appleton Eye Associates in Hamilton. Dr Iannitto was very punctual, polite and professional. He did a thorough inspection and took his time. He also discussed everything with me and answered any questions I had. The front desk staff was also very helpful. The office space is beautiful and they have all new equipment. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Great staff! Took me on time, stayed after closing to finish up the ordering. Offered the flexibility to pick up my order at a different office is needed. The exam went smoothly, the doc fully explained every step and gave me great info I didn't know about how my autoimmune condition may impact my eyes. I would highly recommend them!

I had questions with glasses I had purchased, not at Appleton Eye Associates, and staff were able to fit me in for appointment same day of call due to a cancellation. Dr. G was fantastic with resolution and explanation of my problem! He was very thorough with examples and answered all my questions! Problem solved! Excellent and caring provider and staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Iannitto has been my eye doctor since I was in high school so I was thrilled to see he was still practicing locally. Deb at the front desk is amazing. She was so helpful and friendly. She stayed 30 minutes after they closed to help me pick out new frames. I'm so happy I found Appleton Eye Associates!

My recent experience with Appleton Eye Associates in Hamilton was overall positive. I was in desperate need of an updated prescription and my appointment was timely, thorough, and I ended up with glasses that I genuinely enjoy wearing. The only damper on the whole experience was that due to the fact that I was crunched for time, needed the glasses, and had a new insurance policy (Allways), I was unaware that I was entitled to discounts through EyeMed despite not having a traditional vision plan. It was my incorrect assumption that I would have been informed of any potential benefits or the possibility that these might exist. Having explored my plan more thoroughly and realizing that I had these discounts, I reached back out to Appleton Eye Associates who were unable to retroactively apply these. Again, services provided at the time were excellent (hence the five stars since ultimately I don't believe this was an intentional inconveniencing), but hoping that this saves someone from being in a similar position in the future.

After visiting a few different places for eye exams over the years I am happy to have found Appleton Eye Associates! Dr. G was very knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely be going back in the future.
