Front desk staff, clinical staff always pleasant accommodating and helpful. They are very thorough. The lady at checkout is rude, unpleasant, and doesn't respond to anything you say like you are talking a wall. I have been there 4-5 times in total over the last year and she is always just so rude, but the Drs are great. Their assistants are so pleasant and helpful. They are quick. The Drs are so thoughtful and caring to your situation. I love this place but wished I didn't have to checkout!

The appointment started on time and the tech was very nice. Dr. S. was also very nice; however, there was no explanation or context given for his diagnosis, part of which was factually incorrect per my history. I felt pushed to go buy a pair of glasses and no other options were discussed. I understand the providers see hundreds of patients and know what they're talking about educationally; however, as an average person, I left there upset and needing to do my own research to understand what's going on. If you're looking for a practice and you otherwise are in good health, I don't see anything wrong with this place; however... if you expect to have things explained, to explore options or get educated on you're health conditions, I'd consider other options first.

The young girl that started my exam was very nice. She has been there 6 months. I dont recall her name but she was very polite and friendly.Check out was a breeze. Optical shoppe staff always wonderful and accommodating in service excellence.I just sit there and they bring frames for me to try. Felt like a queen! Keep up the great service.
