Studio 20/20

The professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor of Erica at Studio 20/20 is not something you find often. I recently bought a new pair of eyeglasses from her and had an excellent experience. I've been going to Erica at Studio 20/20 for many years. It is always a great experience from the time you walk through the doors till you leave. Erica's great personality, knowledge of the vast styles of eyewear products she offers is amazing. Not to mention the care she takes to help you choose frames and her exactness in the measurements for your lenses. I travel over 90 miles just to keep going here. You will not be dissatisfied. I highly recommend Studio 20/20.

Erica is definitely an expert at what she does. She is super helpful with glasses selections that are right for your face and style. She is spot on with prescription placement on the lenses. I wear progressives and getting the correct placement has been a problem in the past. She takes into consideration so many things to get it just right. Working with her has always been a pleasure.

We have always had great service with Erica. We did stray once to pay a little less but we came right back after we experienced a horrible time at another local business. Never again, while you do pay a little more it sure is worth the great service and beautiful glasses. These were for my daughter and she just loves them and she prefers seeing Erica with the personal touch. Erica also gets to know all customers and it's like going to a friends place to get glasses. Erica is very knowledgeable and takes the time to learn about you, your activities, what your lifestyle is like, before she recommends a particular frame or type of lens. If anything is ever wrong with the glasses, she is always super quick to fix it and make things right. These days when everyone has such low expectations for customer service, it is a breath of fresh air to go to Studio 20/20 where Erica makes you feel one of a kind. :-) My new obsession is the Silhouette Color Bands...just for my second pair!!
