I had gone and purchased a pair of of glasses which I am very happy with. The lady that waited on me was both courteous and professional. Three weeks had passed and I returned to ask a question about another pair of glasses that I purchased a couple of years earlier. I was getting small scratches on the lenses every time I cleaned them and I just wanted to know what the reason might be. Once again I had the same person that sold me the other pair of glasses 3 weeks earlier. It was like Dr Jeckl and Mr Hyde. She was both rude and very short with me. I was just looking for an answer. With that being said my eyeglass days at Walmart are over. Thank you Alicia

Dawn was such a delight. I came in there not knowing if they could service me or not, but a delightful lady named Dawn took my glasses and the strings that I brought with me and magically put them together even though I didn't have enough string. She made it work beautifully. Thank you, Dawn!!

Very rude and unprofessional. I went in while waiting for a prescription to be filled at the pharmacy and asked if I could go look at glasses for my daughter to figure out pricing . I was rudely told that if she was not with me I was not even able to LOOK at them. Makes no sense when glasses can be ordered online with no issues what so ever. The eye roll was a bit much and the attitude was not appreciated . I then went to customer service where it was properly explained to me that I was certainly allowed to look but they couldn't sell them without fitting . That's all she had to say the first time around . Beware and look elsewhere !

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My 4 year old started wearing glasses this year. He had gotten his first pair at Target and with no prior experience with having glasses we were convinced to buy glasses that simply didn't fit him. After a few months of them falling off we went to Walmart for another opinion. Alicja was absolutely amazing!! She was knowledgeable and her experience was evident. She helped us find a pair that fit his tiny face perfectly. He loves them and he no longer needs a strap to keep them in place. They are perfect. I will absolutely be back to Walmart for his next pair.

Buyer beware:
Swansea store, 5/23
Brought my almost 90 year-old father for glasses. He wanted to use his current frames fitted with the new prescription. He was told his insurance would pay $150 toward new glasses if he chose frames too. The opticians chose frames for him at $120ish. I then selected frames that were similar to his current frames at $56. He liked them. Aleisha tried 4 times to manipulate my father's choice of frames to the more expensive type. She said they were, better". I asked why, "Were they aesthetically or optically better?" She said, "Aesthetically." So, in her opinion. Really, Aleisha?!
She kindly let me know she did not work on commission and was trying not to be "pushy".
Additionally, the insurance DID NOT cover $150 on the glasses as stated, so the frames were not even necessary. Lenses alone would have been $160 with transitions, with frames chosen $210, and with the more expensive frames $280ish.
If you choose to do business here, be sure to accompany vulnerable family members. I see continued customer service issues from 4 years ago in these ratings.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had glasses my ENTIRE life. Never a moment I don't remember wearing them. If you care about your eyes do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from any Walmart/vision center. I went to the Walmart vision center in north Attleboro today. The eye doctor was a complete joke. Went there to get prescription. They had NO LINE NO CUSTOMERS AND STILL TRIED RUSHING ME OUT THE DOOR. They were openly discussing leaving early and tired of the work day as I sat RIGHT there at 2:30pm! (They close at 6pm) Eye doctor kept flipping through the prescriptions so fast my eyes couldn't focus before she got to next slide. When I said I can't even focus she sighed as if I was taking too long. I ask about a new machine I have never seen before and all the assistant could say was "yeah it's not that new" well tell me what it does??? Then just takes me into the other room disregarding my curiosity.

It was refreshing to deal with someone who truly wanted to help and was pleasant too. Qualities hard to find these days. Thank you for a good experience.
