Never a bad experience at the Optical House.. For over 10 years, they have been very patient and always willing to work with me to get my glasses to fit perfectly. Sometimes you don't know how your eyes would adjust to new glasses until you actually walk out and try them outside the office. Dr V is the best.. He's not like these "stuffed shirts" that just sit you down and start clawing at your eyes. He makes you feel very comfortable about the visit. I swear, the only thing missing is a coffee bar and donuts.. ;-)

Pleasantly surprised with my (admittedly limited) experience. I liked that The Optical House is more like a doctor's office than a frame store. All are good at checking vision, but The Optical House uses additional technology that reduces guessing. Dr. Violette is informative and personable, and his staff are knowledgeable and efficient. And there was no effort to sell me more than what I went there for. No complaints.

No big sales pitch about glasses or other products. Got the recommended $39 plan. Just not sure what that is all about and why not covered by dental plan. Trusted doctor enough to agree to this.
