New England Family Eye

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Erin Civetti. The office was spotless and equipped with cutting-edge technology, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Civetti was incredibly thorough and proactive--she identified and addressed an issue that had been missed by other providers and handled it with such care and confidence. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was reassuring without being dismissive, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the visit. It's rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and compassionate. I left feeling informed, calm, and grateful to be in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend her!!

First time visitor. Dr. Civetti is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I hardly had to wait. Thorough eye exam with the latest technology. It was a very pleasant experience. Already made my appointment for next year.

What a wonderful place. This is the best eye doctor experience I have ever had or could imagine having. All the equipment is new, no nasty air puffs, and felt like the most advanced I have ever encountered. Erin, the optometrist, owns the place and put the office together. Everything is clean, neat, nice, and new. She imagined and manifested the best experience possible for us. They could even see me the same day I called. This is now my favorite eye doctor. I've been with Dr. Civetti since the opening of New England Family Eye and she is absolutely amazing! She is on time, efficient and what I love most is that she is so professional, calm and reassuring while you are doing your eye exams. I had some concerns about my vision deteriorating as I'm getting older and she coached me through all of the tests and explained what they mean and how great of shape my eyes are in despite needing a very low grade prescription. I purchased my first pair of glasses this year at age 36 and she went out of her way to talk through the different sizes, fits and styles so that I chose the best glasses for me. The office is in a great location and feels very modern with the latest technology. Highly recommend!

Dr. Civetti is a thorough, warm, and very professional optometrist. I used her practice for my exam this year. The process was efficient and she answered all of my questions. She has an amazing selection of frames and ensured that I received the most from my insurance benefits. She proactively sought feedback from me (all of which was positive) and is very committed to providing top notch service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses as well as contact lenses which all arrived well within the promised turnaround. By far our favorite eye doctor! Dr. Erin is kind and patient with kids, even the one that can't sit still. Young kids are able to get through annual exams with ease and fun! Dr. Erin also explains the exams with ways kids can understand.
