Phiyen H. Le, O.D.

Dr.Le is one of most professional, patient, warm-hearted doctor I and my two kids ever saw. I started to take my kids to see her last year, we happened to get appointment with her since she worked on Saturday at that time. She checked my daughters eyes and helped to find a pair of glasses for her. My daughter was very happy. This year we switched to an insurance which Dr. Le doesn't accept. I didn know that then and still took kids to see her. She didn't charge us the visiting fee. I feel very thankful for that. I wish Dr. a bright future and good luck to her and her family on everything !

These 5 star reviews are no joke. Dr Le has been absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing her for close to 8 years now I think. Her and the staff are the epitome of good customer service and patience every time I go. Their safety practices during COVID have also been excellent, as expected. Dr Le takes care of both my wife and I and we will continue to see her as long as we live in the area!

I just had an appointment with Dr. Le, after switching insurances. I hadn't heard about this practice, but saw positive reviews, so I gave it a try. She was friendly, communicative, and extremely thorough. I had concerns about eye symptoms, and she asked probing questions, showed genuine interest, and gave some thorough tests. I left feeling like my concerns were remedied and that I was given useful information for going forward. She even mentioned that I could email or call her if I needed to follow up. I feel really lucky that I've found Dr. Le as my optometrist- I will definitely go back. Add-on: A few weeks later I emailed with a question and she replied right away, and even offered to see me first thing the next day. I am so impressed.

My mother and I consulted an independent optical expert, who informed us that Dr. Le had overcharged us for our glasses and provided low-quality lenses. Despite assurances that the lenses were anti-scratch, they easily became scratched. Additionally, using them caused us both to feel dizzy and uncomfortable, leading us to suspect potential fraud.

Dr. Le is super nice and very thorough! She found a retinal hole in my left eye during just a routine eye appointment, and when I went to Mass Eye & Ear for a follow up with a retinal specialist he was very impressed that Dr. Le found this during just a regular eye exam. I highly recommend her!

Brought my elementary age son to her based on the positive reviews. She is calm, friendly, and thorough, perfect for the kid's first optometrist visit. Being a glasses wearer for more than 35 yrs, I have seen my share of optometrists, ad she ranks very high.

My friend suggested I see Dr. Le, but it was clear that she didn't treat all her patients equally. She had a poor attitude with some patients and seemed impatient when answering questions. I don't know if she was just having bad days during my two visits, but her prices for glasses were also quite high.
