I made an appointment but decided to cancel it after receiving the confirmation email due to some conflicts. When I called back to cancel, the person on the other end said they could cancel it this time but told me not to bother them again.
By the way, I asked to make one appointment with Dr. Zhou, but they just randomly assigned someone too. Either the other end doesn't understand the language or he did on purpose.
