Abington Eye Care Gail S. Marchetto, OD

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchetto since December 2019. I was totally satisfied from the time I walked into the office. The office is very clean, sterile, the front desk staff are all super friendly and professional. Dr. Marchetto is so professional nice and takes her time when taking care of your needs and follows up when she says she will. The Optician is also super friendly, nice and professional. I had to get a last minute appointment request recently and my needs were met right away. They are definitely following all the appropriate guidelines due to COVID-19, which makes me even happier, knowing that they care about their patients. The entire office goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this office!!!!

I had sort of an eye emergency and they were the first business that popped up on Google so I gave them a ring and after explaining my situation they got me in right away. The office is nice and the staff were friendly. I was seen by Dr. Meltzer who, in my opinion, did a great job at diagnosing my issue and providing a concise discharge plan. She showed full interest in my care and I felt she was listening to what I was saying. I plan to use them as my new vision doctor and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Marchetto for over five years. I am very pleased with the care I have received since becoming a patient. My family has a history of different eye conditions which she has detected in me. She not only diagnosed, but refered me out to the proper eye health professionals. She has state of the art equipment readily available to her for all eye health issues. Her staff is always pleasant and helpful in every way.

I did not have a bad experience but I have decided to try somewhere else instead. I choose here because it was convenient with my commute but I felt my two appointments were awkward. I thought maybe Dr. Marchetto didn't like me for some reason but I realized it didn't matter because I felt uncomfortable with her no matter the reason. I think we just didn't click but overall my experience was fine. I would still say to give them a shot and see if you click better than I did. I think they did a good job in general, they caught a mistake that my old place made and did try to get me the best price they could on contacts but sometimes people just don't click and for me it's as important to feel comfortable as it is to do a good job.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dr. Marchetto's office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried fixing a long standing issue (misspelled name on insurance card) with my insurance company and were more successful than I was on three previous attempts with them. Dr. Marchetto was very thorough and gave me a comprehensive eye exam. She listened attentively to the questions I had and answered them to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Dr. Marchetto's office if you want a thorough eye exam that puts your vision health first.

Dr. Marchetto was excellent. Very nice and through. Would definitely recommend her. This was also the first time I was able to walk out for test contacts. Usually I have to come back to get the test pairs.

Dr. Marchetto is professional, her eye examination is the MOST comprehensive exam I have ever had by an eye professional. She covers ALL the bases. I would NEVER go to anyone else!

Amazing experience - from the front desk to the eye exam with Dr Admire to the help with picking out just the right frames. Nothing but professionalism and knowledge! I'm so happy to have found this team of people all under one roof.
