Dr. Chong is awesome. I had breathing problems that have bothered me since childhood. She preformed sinus surgery and within a week I was breathing like never before. I am so grateful for her help.

The person responsible for scheduling is the most unhelpful, disinterested "medical professional" I have ever dealt with. I had to call twice, the first time I was placed on hold, and no one picked up. When I did eventually get though, the person I spoke with appeared bothered by having to assist a new patient. As this is the first person of contact, I am not very confident with the standard of care provided at this office.

Katie at reception was so incredibly helpful to me. I had had a bad experience at an urgent care and she was able to work some magic and get me in to see Dr. Bridget the next day when she searched for an opening. She totally could've done nothing, but her willingness to go the extra mile for someone she had never met out of the kindness of her heart really saved me a weeks worth of discomfort. Thank you so much, Katie, Bridgette, and the whole team.

I showed up for an appointment and was told my doctor had called in sick that morning and that I couldn't be seen. I received no communication about the cancellation - no call, voicemail, email, Gateway message, literally anything. The receptionist somewhat rudely rescheduled me for later in the week and did not apologize.

I have been seeing Dr Ibrahim since 2016 and I had a parathyroid issue along with Eustachian issues and my own PCP couldn't figure out what was wrong!! However I saw Dr Ibrahim and he figured out quick and fast what was wrong with me. Honestly if it wasn't for Dr Ibrahim of mass eye and ear I wouldn't be here today. I can say that!!! I will never pick anyone else to look over my health care as far as a ENT Doctor goes. He and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!!!

I personally don't know why this place has such a low rating. I had my tonsils out in June and don't get me wrong it was a horrific experience lol Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy(maybe). But the staff was informative and gave me what I needed to make the healing process bearable.All my appointments were timely and the ladies in the office were always kind and efficient. Would never take my tonsils out again but the professionalism and courtesy was 10/10. (Also my doctor Pappal is a smokeshow which made my suffering easier)

You wait at LEAST an hour to be seen and that is with an appointment. Also, I feel like the doctors over book or are overwhelmed with their case load because the patient attention and follow-up doesn't exist. That being said, I felt like my doctor was excellent! I'm torn, because I feel comfortable with the medical advice. It's unfortunate, because it's more of a problem how the office in general is run. It is not worth the trouble to wait over an hour for an appointment, then to chat as fast as I can for 10 mins to the doctor, then if I call for any reason to discuss test results or issues no one can help me, according to the front desk. I am thinking of switching to a more patient focused office.

Difficult getting through on the phone to make an appointment. Over a month to wait for appointment. Received call day of appointment stating that the Dr. called in sick and that the next available appointment would be over a month out. I understand that people get sick, but find it unacceptable that better accommodations could not have been made to reschedule. - 6/16/17: Katy & Lynn both followed up and did a great job trying to rework me in the schedule. Thank you!
