My appt today was very good. The newer location in Weymouth at Libbey Pkwy is statevof the Art. The production line method of treating patients was very organized and everyone moved quickly onward. I would rate this

I've been going here since I was in elementary school back when it was Eye Health. Before Opthalmic took over I never had any issues. Last time I went I must have waited almost two hours to be seen and got out just as they were closing at 5. My next appointment got rescheduled at least twice by a year and today I just got a letter that my appointment in two weeks got rescheduled AGAIN two weeks later at the Quincy office! I would not be the least bit surprised if it gets rescheduled on me again. Some of us have jobs you know! Burned a personal day for this appointment because I have no idea how long I'll be waiting and I get rescheduled again. Time to start looking for a new office. I've had it with this. I only give two stars because I've never had issues with the doctors themselves.

My mother see Doctor Babak Jian Seyedahmadi for shots, the service he provides directly is rushed, but the entire appointment takes no less than an hour and 45 minutes, I have been bring my mother here for over a year, each and every time it takes between 1:30 and 2:00 hours. Check in is very quick, eye scan is very quick, the problem seems to be waiting for the doctor to call in the patient for the shot.l don't know if its the doctor taken 15-20 minutes after each patient or what but the shot takes no more then 15 minutes from start to finish. The wait is ridicules, I am considering finding an eye doctor that runs a more efficient service for its patients.

The front desk staff and Sofiya (who did the first half of my appointment) were AMAZING!!! I felt so comfortable and heard. However; when I actually saw the doctor (who the office had rescheduled my appointment with, I did NOT choose the doctor) Dr. Razkalla - he pretty much dismissed my concerns and told me I needed to see another doctor. (I waited 2 years for this appointment). I was pretty much told to follow up with someone else about my issues and felt patronized the whole time. I spoke to the front desk about it afterwards because I was in tears and extremely frustrated and they validated my feelings. They also said he is known to not have "bedside manner" (no kidding). I'm still extremely upset about the way I was treated and he gave me no actual answers because apparently that's not his job. Awful awful awful experience with him.

OCB, is the BEST eye care and the eye surgical related place to be. I would definitely recommend your and your family's eye care needs.

I have been getting my eye exam with OCB for years. The care and attention from the providers and staff has been always very satisfactory .

Went here for a second opinion for an eye condition-Rec'd great care & feed back about safe options to retain my vision..
