Stopped in to talk to them and ask if they took my insurance, she said let me make an appointment first. Thought this is weird dont check my insurance but ok. They checked my insurance, they didnt take it. No big deal. Asked cancel my appointment. Now their attitude kicked in. She said that i could still get the exam but it would cost me 120 bucks. I said no thats ok. Then she said no one takes that insurance. I made a call and first place i called, took my insurance. Then she said the frames that eye places give, walmart sells starting at 9 bucks. Again, i said i have insurance, why would i pay out of pocket. She kept giving me attitude about how she had been in the business for 45 years. I just said im going to use my insurance elsewhere and left. Rude rude rude!
