I brought my grandmother (who has Alzheimer's) to a first time eye appointment at this location. Although the wait was long and one office staff member was not friendly our overall experience was excellent! They treated my grandmother with respect and patience. She felt safe and calm during the exam process and upon leaving said that she really liked Dr. Philip Gendleman and the technician Lynne. For her to remember the experience is a big deal. I was very impressed and will strongly recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you!

Dr Gendelman and his team are the sweetest most gentle eye doctors. I was absolutely traumatized as a little kid by rough treatment during an episode with pink eye, and was so fearful of eye drops I'd gotten kicked out of at least two optometrists' offices before meeting Dr. David. For over 10 years they've given me such excellent treatment, I'm not afraid of eye exams anymore and can even administer my own eye drops! If you have a hard time getting your eyes checked, go to the Burlington/Woburn Eye Associates!

What an extreme pleasure to actually want to visit a doctor office! Dr. David Gendelman is always friendly, personable, and timely as well as highly knowledgeable of the eye and eye diseases. The Burlington office is where I go for my routine appointments with Dr. Gendelman and the Woburn office for visual field and nerve fiber tests. It is a rare find to have such a highly skilled doctor in the suburbs - thank you for being readily accessible here and not in Boston!
