I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ada Eyecare. I purchased a $600 pair of glasses for my 6-year-old daughter through them, which are now falling apart through no fault of her own. The glasses still have a year left on their warranty, yet I was told there is nothing they can do because they no longer work with the company...despite the fact that they were the ones who sold them to me in the first place. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted Ada Eyecare to stand behind the products they sell, and they have been entirely unhelpful in resolving the situation. I will not be returning for any future services, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing experience--consider yourself warned.

Ada Eye Care is absolutely the best! The front staff is super professional and always picks out the perfect glasses for you. Plus, they have all the coolest brands! The doctors are fantastic, and I look forward to my visit every year.

Went to ada eyecare and was nervous because I don't like making big decisions. Jennifer helped me pick out glasses I LOVE and made me feel welcome and excited about glasses again!

I used to rely on Ada Eye Care for my eye exams and glasses. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. The new pair of glasses they made was significantly different from my previous ones--so much so that I couldn't focus on objects unless I stared at them for a few seconds, which felt unsafe, especially while driving. I explained the issue, and they seemed to understand, so they made me another pair. Unfortunately, the second pair had the exact same problem. I was told to keep wearing them to get used to it, but that only led to repeated headaches. In the end, I spent $450 on glasses I can't use. The staff are very kind, but I don't think the person responsible for making the glasses made any real effort to address the problem--they just expected me to adapt to it.

The people who work here are great and helped me pick out my glasses. The doctors and office staff are always fantastic.
