I saw Dr Diskin today for eye irritation from drywall dust. I had blisters on inner rims of eyelids that I had removed myself. He had never heard of something like that so I did some investigating myself. I found pictures and a diagnosis. Meibomian gland dysfunction. I have posted a picture of them so Dr Diskin can see what they look like. It's a real thing. I just wanted him to know .

Clavenna Vision Institute is excellent! It has professional staff which includes everyone who works there, not just the very skilled doctors. We drive from 40+ minutes each way which is time-consuming and absolutely worth it! Dr Fitzgerald saved the sight in my husband's left eye and he continues to help me have good vision. As a deaf person, they are awesome to me, too. It is a place where everyone is focused on good care of their patients/clients.

The staff greeted me when I arrived and instructed me well. After check in, I did not have to wait long before being called back. The technician who refracted me was kind and efficient. Dr. Fitzgerald then arrived and examined behind my eyes. He took his time, was very approachable and thorough while I was in the chair, and he answered all of my questions. Dr. Fitzgerald is truly a professional, trustworthy and highly experienced Ophthalmologist. I highly recommend Dr. Fitzgerald and appreciate him and his staff! Thank you!

Everything was perfect from reception, through the care I received - the care both the assistant and Dr. Fitzgerald gives. Neither were in a hurry to get me in and out and both listened to what my concerns were. Amazing and impressive. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Diskin. The office staff was very friendly and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. Had an appointment for 8:30 AM. Was reminded by email at leastr 6 times if my appointment and time. Signed in 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Noticed in singn in sheet a person had already signed in although they hads a 9 AM appointment. This paintent was called shortly after I got there. 3 others arriving later were also called. After 40 minutes I went to the desk, retrived my BCBS medical card, and left. If at 8:30 in the morning you are already 40 minutes behind what is it like at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? Courtesy is a two way street!
