They have the latest equipment to test your eyes. The surgeon was very good for my cataracts. But the blonde dr. in the office ignores my complaints about overactive eyelash mites. Had them over a year now. She used two years worth of Medicare appointments in two months. I can't go back with insurance until next year. But she just said,'Everybody has extra stuff on their eyelashes. I have had suffering with this fir a,while now and the best treatment is to see a Dr. maybe one who listens to patients.

I have had excellent service at riemer in Manistee. I live 3 miles from them. I am a disabled vet and as of now if I need glasses I have to go to the Cadillac branch 1 hour away. Doesn't make sense to me. But with the care I get from Reimer it is worth the drive.

Went to Riemer Eye Center paid for everything when I was there. Then got a bill a month later for $61 because the expect glaucoma in the eyes. They didn't do anything different with the eye exam then they normally would, but billed the insurance for it. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Sat on hold 15 minutes and never did anyone pick up and say anything. Feels like they are just ignoring the phone calls. #2 entire family has gone here for many years but never again because BOTH my daughter's glasses (ages 17&15) are DEFECTIVE the lenses on both girls glasses are peeling and bubbling. I only use the suggested cloth and cleaner for all our glasses and in my 40 years of wearing glasses I have NEVER had glasses that had lenses do this! Now I moved 4 hours south and have been trying to reach these people but can't just drive in and do something about this and they aren't wanting to answer the phone! I suggest they stop worrying so much about $$$ and the fancy things they can add to the office and put that effort into CUSTOMER SERVICE instead. Very disappointed in the direction this office is heading after many years of satisfaction.

We went here for years and then switched to non state insurance. Upon doing that we found out our kids were being treated medically and not vision for a issue we were never told about and not even sure they have (now getting second opinion). further more they had been billing our insurance for YEARS for tests that weren't being preformed for a condition that wasn't discussed with us of our minor children. They told me when I brought my kids in it was covered except for our co pays. We'll turns out that wasn't true at all. None of the exam was covered at all. As shown by over 300$ in bills I received this month. Further more they originally said only one of my son's had the eye condition when I questioned how their was no additional testing but there was additional billing they said oh no they both have it. (Forgetting i had my kids full eye recorded printed from them last year and it doesnt show any of what they're saying). All and all if you want to pay for a name and not a service this is the place for you! They will give no care to you or your children and won't inform you of anything but hey its a good looking building am i right?

I had an appt @ 0830 this morning in Cadillac. The entire staff were efficient, courtesy, and awesome! Thank you, Dr. Fazio, I appreciate you for being very informative and patient with this Army veteran. Service was great all around at this location from the time I stepped in the building. Very clean and a very warm environment. Christina, thank you so much for helping me with my choice of glasses. . This Army Veteran's choice for eye care . A+

The care from providers I've seen has been acceptable, and a majority of the staff is very friendly, however, every time I try to call the office I am on hold for 20+ minutes (if the phone is even ringing. Half the time it declines the call and says the line is busy), some of their reception staff is very short and unhelpful, and they don't follow through when they say they will call you to schedule. It's very frustrating as a patient and I would not recommend this office for anything other than a routine eye exam. I will unfortunately be seeking alternate care because of my negative experience over these last two months seeking care.

Fancy, state of the art facility with all the bells & whistles EXCEPT the ability to answer the phone. Absolutely recommend if you don't appreciate the ability to communicate with your eye care professional.
