InSight Optics

I have used Insight Optics a lot, and it's always been great. Not always easy to get a quick appointment but when you do it's worth the wait. There is very minimal time spent in the waiting room, and the staff and technicians are very good at what they do. Dr. Kesti is a professional in every sense of the word so you won't be disappointed.

All the staff - technicians, doctors, receptionist, etc. - were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and seem very knowledgeable and competent. I am really happy with the eye exam and the information I received.

All the people who work there are all so personally and easy to talk to. I was able to express my concern with Dr. and she answered all my questions. They are all professional and helpful. Very nice place to go to for eye testing.

I ordered a replacement set of glasses on Sept 23, 2025. I was told it would take approx 2 weeks to receive. i contacted them on oct 8th & was advised they wouldn't be ready until Oct 16th as the lab did not get the tint sample. I was contacted on Oct 22nd & was told that the lab did not roll & polish the lenses which required them to send them back to the lab to have this completed & was told they would put a rush on the order. I was contacted on October 28th advising me that my glasses were in & ready to be picked up. Upon picking them up, discovered the prescription was incorrect as they ordered my reading prescription not for distance sight. On Nov 4th I received a call stating the glasses are in however, the lenses were tinted with a sunglasses dark tint. This required them to be sent back once again & was told they would put a rush order on it. I contacted them today Nov 13th and was told that they would not be ready until November 18th! How happy would you be with this type of service? I wish to add that the Staff, Optometrists & Facility are top notch & very professional. This type of an issue is a first for me & from what I understand a first for InSight Optics. Nonetheless, very frustrating to say the least. Hopefully this comes to a favorable resolve sortly.

The lenses that were ordered with my new prescription ended up not being the prescription that was ordered. Doctor Mitchell and all the employees that I was working with at InSight Optics did their very best to get the mistake corrected. Very satisfied with service that I received!

I have been very happy with every experience I have had. Everyone is so kind and helpful and they are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I may have.
