The Dr. and staff here have been nothing but kind and excellent. I was having issue with my contacts and the Dr. was very kind, answering all my questions and concerns. He made sure I wasn't to leave till I felt one hundred percent comfortable with the pair of contacts I had in. He took his time and I'm very appreciative of that. Also, Mali has been extremely friendly to me every time I have called or stopped in.

Took my girlfriend in to get glasses. Picked out frames and all. Had a great experience for the initial exam and check out. The glasses came in with the wrong frames. They're trying to make us re-order new frames and glasses on our dime. Worst customer service when we tried todo the return. She even tried to show them the frames she ordered and was offered no assistance because "she wasn't the representative who helped us".

After being notified my lenses were in I tried to pick my lenses up on Tuesday, February 27. I was there at 6pm. No employees were in the Vision Center but there was a sign an associate was on break and return in 15 minutes. I left and returned in 15 minutes but no one was there. Tried to pick again today and it was standing room only. I'm looking for a different Vision provider. Ridiculous.

When i went to the vision center our dr was dr. Luis Rivera Cabrera OD. I loved him! I took my 5 year old who had never been to get her eyes checked. She was nervous and dr. Cabrera made everyone comfortable. He took his time he was patient and actually made it fun. He did not stop until he found out what was going on. As a mom you cannot ask for anything more. He is fabulous at his job! If anyone is concerned about taking their child for the first time i cannot recommend him enough. If there were 10 stars he deserves every one. Its awesome to see someone who doesn't rush and actually loves what they do. 100% satisfaction!

The Doctor is very nice. I went here for my first exam and I am going back for my second. The only thing I didn't like very well is the push for you to buy glasses there. I walk into there knowing I am not buying glasses.

I thought it was a good place to get an eye exam. It isn't too expensive as I don't have insurance. I just didn't like how hard they pushed for you to buy glasses through them. Other than that the staff was really nice and welcoming
