Dr. Ridha was ok, but his staff member was rude because I asked her to wear gloves while putting drops in my eyes. She used the hand sanitizer stuff & was highly offended when I asked her to also wear gloves. I probably won't be back because of her. She had to lift my eye lid up to apply the drops but said my eye lid wasn't my eye, SMH. She should be fired for that alone & having a full blown attitude all because I asked her to wear gloves. We basically argued. It wasn't a good first time experience for me. I'm highly disappointed!! :-/
