Eye Associates of DeWitt was fantastic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable and informed. They truly care about their patients!

I have been receiving care from Eyecare Associates of DeWitt for over 37 years. They have taken such great care of me over the years!

Faith and Dr. Lefevre are the dynamic duo that made the whole experience memorable and an absolute pleasure. I can't possibly go to another eye doctor anymore.

1st time there. They messed up prescription, had to go back more than a couple times to figure it out. Two years later, did new test. Needed new prescription . Found a pair of sunglasses. The assistant wrote down all the info, lens type, frames, insurance, total out of pocket, etc. I specifically asked them to save all of that as I needed to come back anyway for a family member. Returned 3 weeks later, she could not find any of the info. I even found the frames. I asked if they were the same. She said she did not write that down. I said well does the price match. She said she could not find it. With 100% certainty, all of this was done, she wrote all of this down on a yellow piece of paper. We took like 25 minutes getting all this ready. Yet a mere three weeks later, when I returned for a family member, she either did not save, or plain lost it. She did not seem to care what so ever. Back to square one. I left explaining I am going some place else from now on.

Amanda, the optician was so helpful, friendly and understanding with my Mom who needed her glasses fixed.

Annual eye exam was thorough with lots of information and explanations. Very friendly, capable office.

They do a great job just switched from family optometrist to Dewitt Eye Care and very happy with service.

By far best experience I have had at any facility! From the time you walk in the door, to your actual appointment and getting fitted for glasses these awesome staff and doctors went over and beyond! I was extremely nervous, and anxious about everything and was completely put at ease, treated with complete compassion and kindness. The office is very clean, professional, and accommodating to the needs of the patient! I would recommend this facility to any and all ages, and they accepted my insurance and worked with me about everything! Very low cost testing, and prescription frames they were even very patient with me as this is my first time having to wear prescription frames and aided me through the entire process very patiently I may add! I will be using this office for all my eye care needs from here on out and highly recommend them for all your eye care needs. No matter how minor or major. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. I wish more of my appointments and facilities ran this way! Quality product at reasonable prices as well! You will not be disappointed! I now even look forward to my next visit! I love my new glasses & hope to be able to go here for years to come!
