The staff has continued to demonstrate superior knowledge and they have been extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I with all of our optometry needs. Our recent visit exceeded expectations.

Nothing but a hassle. Somewhere along the way the lenses I ordered didn't have the transitions coating. I didn't find this out until a day after I picked them up and the sun was out. I had to take them back so they could order them again. I kept the glasses in the meantime which I was told would be 2 weeks. 3 weeks later after I did not hear anything I called them and they said they needed the frames back. Had to drop the frames off. Then I had to pick them up again, once done. Keep in mind I had to drive back and forth to their office each time, 4 trips, 5 weeks. I tried to just cancel the transitions, keep the first pair, and get a refund, but they would not do that.

My son and I both had appointments. It was easy to get an appointment and there wasn't a long wait for the appointment. The technicians and doctor were very nice, explained everything, and the appointment was fast. The best part of our experience was the lady who helped us with picking out our glasses. She was so nice, patient, funny and understanding. She let us take our time picking out our frames and did not rush us into picking them out. She was also honest with us about how the glasses looked, and the prices. She did not try to up-sell us, which I really appreciated. Our experience at Main Street Optometry was very good and we will go back for out next appointment.
