Picked out my glasses and the lady asked if I liked them. I said yes and that was it. I asked her if she was gonna size me and she told me shoe knows . Took over a month to get my glasses and they're to to large like they were when I tired them on. I tired to tell the lady but she assured me they'd fit. Now I'm out glasses. Thanks!

Eaton Rapids Eye Care has always been very welcoming and knowledgeable with my eye care. The doctors are always spot on with my prescription. Today, I accidentally stepped on my glasses and the frame broke. Mandee quickly looked up my frame and they had them in stock. I walked right in and Jenifer had my lenses in the new frames in less than a couple minutes. Thanks ladies. I was back in action after less than 30 minutes of breaking my frame. Now, that is top notch customer service.

Have been a patient here for 8 years. They did something that no other provider did which is to have the insight to bill my vision exam to my medical insurance, so I don't have to pay out-of-pocket for my exam. Dr. Sparks is highly knowledgeable and extremely professional, but also friendly. All the office staff is exceptional, but Jennifer is my favorite. She was the friend that you wish was with you while you're making the oh-so-difficult decision of what frames to pick. Thank you, Jennifer, for your patience and expertise! My husband discovered this place while working near Eaton Rapids. Even though his work location changed, we both go there despite the 45 minute drive. Our experiences there with all staff we encountered have been good from the moment we walk in the door until we walk out. Dr. Booher is great! He's thorough, explains things well and is very personable.

My family and I have been seen here for the last 20+ years. The service has always been fantastic, the doctor is very willing to listen and to discuss his findings and recommendations, and his exams are very thorough. Always a good experience, and we always feel well cared for.

Dr. Sparks is amazing. She is so kind and provides the best care for my family's complex eye needs. Her staff is helpful and professional. We drove over 30 minutes to see her and will continue to do so as long as she is in practice.

Kyle Booher has been my eye doctor for well over a decade. 15 months ago I had a significant retinal tear,, an emergency eye surgery, 2 subsequents tears, another eye surgery, months laying face down in recovery and monthly specialist appointments since,.a second post-surgical opinion, ~and gradual loss of visual sharpness most recently in my "good" eye. I have had excellent care these past 15 months, but I haven't had much hope. I had resigned myself to what sight I have left, and a gradual fading of that. The specialists are special, but I returned today to the doctor I have trusted for years to preserve and sharpen what vision remains and Kyle did not disappoint. Kyle and the entire staff are friendly, professional, considerate, thoughtful and all have a good sense of humor. I needed some humor for what I had resigned myself to vision-wise. Kyle listened to me and interpreted what I was seeing (and not seeing) during the exam (and probably not expressing fully.) I started off the appointment by saying "my right eye is shot, and my left eye is fading. I just need to see crisply enough from 18-20 feet away for my job." I left with clear diagnoses, explanations of what was what, referrals and most importantly, hope. Kyle Booher and Eaton Rapids Eye Care are in the eye care business. They are great. Hope cannot always be guaranteed, but it was today. I drive an hour to see Kyle, and I am glad to do it. Care is what they provide, and have always delivered.

First time needing glasses. Very smooth process. Staff was wonderful. Helped find the perfect glasses. Did not rush me and made sure I was happy.
