Fast and efficient they were very nice they had a good selection for Medicaid patients I had to edit it see below I feel like it's ridiculous to wait over a month when I was told 2 weeks Edit I've been waiting over a month for my glasses they don't know why they just keep saying they were mailed. I've called and have gotten no where

The lab they use not only made defective progressive lenses for me, but a family member as well. I used my own frames for regular and sunglasses, still paid 500 out of pocket, have 1 pair that is completely defective . They did not listen when I complained at pick up and did not remedy situation. So if you want to be treated as subhuman, if you want to spend a fortune on an unusable product, this is the place for you.

This was my first visit here. The staff was nice. However, the doctor never introduced herself to me. She just walked in and started my exam. If I haven't ever been there, an introduction is required, because i had no idea who she was. When I was looking at glasses, they were all very expensive and in short selection. I chose a decently priced pair and had it ordered. They didn't give me an option if i wanted any extras or any specifications (glare, polarized, transitionals). They did text me when they got the glasses. When trying them on i noticed HUGE amount of glare which made it hard to see. They said if i wanted non-glare, it would be an extra 2 weeks and $75. These glasses are now my backups and i'll have to go somewhere else for my exams/glasses.

James is not a friendly or helpful person. When answering the phone, James likes to breathe out very hard as if you are bothering him to do his job. If you do not like to work in a field where you will be helping people, don't work there. I would not feel comfortable going back to this office as long as James is still working there. Terrible!!

The front staff was friendly. Optical apt. Took all together a decent amount of time. My set came in and the frame I was told was broken. /chipped. Said they would order another, that was on a Monday, they didn't even place the order until Thursday. It has taken more than 2 1/2 weeks and I haven't gotten them. It isn't the office, it's the lab apparently. I will be a 1 time customer. I came in the store to inquire about the frames and the tech through his hands up with a attitude, he did apologize though about how much time it was taking. I explained it will reflect on my review

I and my husband highly recommend Flushing Vision source. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Our appointment's were timely and was in and out in no time. Dr. Marshall is more than amazing!! So easy going and makes your experience comfortable. Amazing with children too!!

When our eye doctor could not see patients, we called Flushing Vision Source for help. They were able to meet our time constraints and our every need with a smile. Also, they kept in constant communication with us to make sure everything ran smoothly. We will probably end up switching our whole family to their practice. Highly impressed!
