Great Lakes Eye Institute

I love my eye doctor at Great Lake Frankenmuth. However, the girl that runs many different parts of the office is very rude. She cuts you off mid-sentence and makes you feel like you know nothing. She will the reason I end up leaving this facility.

Made an appointment 2 months ago, then got a call bright and early before my appointment just for them to tell me that they overscheduled for today and could see me for another 3 weeks.. That means i wont get new glasses for atleast alnother month. I know Covid has made it hard on some buisnesses, but they claimed my appointment was cancelled because there would be too many people in the building at once? What does that even mean!? I could wait in my car till my appointment, but instead you canceled my appointment and told me just to wait a month. Ive been waiting, thats why i made the appintment. You guys need to get stuff under control before you lose customers over dumb issues you could have solved months ago.

I think when making the appointment the receptionist should say which location the appointment is. I went to Frankenmuth and the it was in Saginaw.

I have gone here for years and always have had a good experience. The office is very clean. Very professional and helpful.
