Dr. Kwapis is wonderful! She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. She is very professional, but also has a sense of humor. She gives straightforward advice and seems to care.
Her assistant Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and also takes the time to provide good advice. She makes an effort to allow customers to make informed decisions.
Together, they provide better service than I would have ever gotten at any big-brand vision care center. That quality service, along with the personal attention I got makes me recommend them highly.

Highly recommend I Care Vision Center! Dr. Kwapis is very thorough and knowledgable.I have been to the bigger, newer eye centers that you can go to, and did not get the quality service and care that I did here. I needed an optometrist for an eye condition I was experiencing and Dr. Kwapis was amazing to work with. I also needed new glasses and the exam was more thorough than the ones I had prior at other places. They really helped me in picking out the right fit for glasses, took the time to make sure I chose the right ones. The final cost was about the same as the bigger centers as well. Again, I highly recommend them!

Best experience I have had at any type of doctors office, period. They are passionate in what they do, highly knowledgeable and are more than happy to answer all the questions you have. They will most likely give you the answer to your questions before you even ask, due to the amount of information they know and share with you. They will look out for you the entire way. I am told their location will be changing in the future, I highly recommend looking into them if they do. Great place.

Do not go here! During the exam, I explained to the doctor that I was not able to see clearly out of my right eye with the prescription she found for me. Rather than trying to fix it she stated that "one eye is more dominant and you will never see the same out of both". It was so bad I couldn't read a word from 5 feet away with my right eye. When I called to try and come to a resolution I was told I needed to pay for another exam out of pocket if I wanted it corrected. Lesson learned.
