Dr. Ruthven is a man of faith, and it is great to work with him, he lives out his faith by showing kindness to his clients. It is a pleasure and a joy to be seen by him.
Crystal is my Super Star, Rock Star, Bestest person in the whole wide world!! Conversation is always a joy and pleasure, she takes pride in her job, and goes out of her way to make her clients look and feel stunning!!!
The moment you sit down with her, and converse... it brings automatic happiness!!! She loves taking care of her clients, and it shows with her time and talents!!!

We went to a few places in the area before coming to Hartland Eye Care. We are a customer for life. The experience and selection was awesome. But really Shelley made our experience the best...it was very refreshing to work with someone who knew what they were doing and could offer advise. So many others wanted to push frames on us that didn't even fit my son's face.
The youth frame selection was awesome
We walked out in under 30 minutes and hand new frames and lenses ordered at a very fair price.

Had been looking for a good eye doctor for several years after my doc of 40+ yrs retired. FINALLY found Dr. Doud! I've only been to him twice, but he's been thorough, kind, a good listener and taken the time to make sure I get the correct prescription. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful. The cost of good eye care has always been "pricey", but I've found that you do get what you pay for!

I have some eye damage to my left eye and seeing their credentials I thought I'd give them a try. It took three different eye exams to come up with a workable solution for Eyewear. The doctors were very patient with me and that means a lot. Thank you gentleman! My favorite person is Shelley! She was very patient working with me in helping to get the glasses correct. Kudos to Shelley! It took about 3.5 weeks for me to really adjust to the new glasses, but although not perfect, are very acceptable. With my eyesight, that can be as good as it gets. The only negative thing I can say is on my last visit, another employee there was shooting me a bad look. She needs to be more like Shelley! :)

Went there yesterday for the first time. They are absolutely amazing and super helpful. They go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure that you get the best care and service possible.
