This office has the best employees from the front desk all the way to the doctor. They treat you with respect, honesty, friendliness, and professionalism always. The yearly exam is thorough and leaves you feeling confident about your eye health. Their prescriptions are always spot on and they are so helpful if there ever is any issue at all. They carry solid high quality frames. All around I am impressed. I would highly recommend Complete Eye Health to every person in my life- children all the way to grandparents.

We've had such excellent experiences at Complete Eye Health in Holland! I accompanied my 85-year-old father, who has dementia, and from the moment we arrived we were treated with genuine kindness and patience. Dr. Cassar was incredibly patient, informative, and so personable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my dad feel comfortable and respected throughout the appointment--something that truly means a lot when caring for an elderly parent. Bethany was equally wonderful. She was also patient, attentive, and really went above and beyond to help us, never making us feel rushed and always treating us with warmth and understanding. It's rare to find a medical office where both the clinical care and the human kindness are this exceptional. We are so grateful and highly recommend Complete Eye Health.

After seeing several other doctors -- and even trying the trendy Instagram readers route -- I still wasn't getting the results I needed. I was honestly feeling frustrated and unsure what to try next. Dr. Cassar and the Complete Eye Health team really listened. They took the time to understand not just my prescription, but how I actually use my eyes all day -- especially with remote work and the eye strain that comes with it -- along with my everyday life outside of work. The solution they recommended feels thoughtfully tailored to me, not generic. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything. The focus was simply on getting it right. (I did end up purchasing glasses there because I loved the selection and Beth's honest feedback and talent for finding frames that worked best for my face. But it genuinely felt like my choice.) The perk- I was supporting a family owned small business instead of a big box store. If you're feeling stuck or not quite satisfied with your current eye care, I'd absolutely recommend giving Dr. Cassar a visit. It made a real difference for me.

I went in for a second opinion and had a great experience and a thorough appointment. Dr Cassar was very friendly and took the time to explain any of my concerns to me. The technician who saw me prior to seeing the doctor was also very pleasant and friendly. I will be A return patient.
