Eyes To See Pediatric Ophthalmology

We have been going to Dr. Vredevoogd since April and have been really impressed! Our son was 2-1/2 and was not interested in doing any of the eye exercises and they still got his prescription figured out and accurate. The glasses have really made a difference for him! The staff goes above and beyond in helping us with glasses care. They have helped get us a smaller band, new lenses and new side piece all under warranty. They truly are a delight to work with. Thank you!

Love both of the Dr's! Very nice staff all around! Was referred by another eye dr office and friends and family! We are pleased with the care our son has received! Will definitely recommend! Office is very easy to get to!

Dr. Borgman was so patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. She put my son at ease and was clearly very experienced. The whole office staff was so friendly and professional. We had an excellent experience and will be back!

My children have been given a great amount of attention during each visit. I was extremely skeptical due to some reviews and I know how important eyes are to your body. I feel confident that my child's eye prescription is accurate. When I did have concerns, they were addressed and we did another test to ensure a correct prescription. I firmly believe the eye doctor can only do so much, parents need to be involved and discuss what they are noticing. It's a partnership. I would recommend this facility. Side note, I have witnessed the doctor and staff getting treated terribly and being yelled at. They then had to go to the next client and act like they are okay. I wish humans would be nice to other humans.

My children visit here was way more than expected as far as care! The eye exam the staff provided was thorough and very informative! All staff was super nice even though our appointment was first thing in the morning. Will recommend this place for small children who are not good with letters or anyone for that matter.

I previously took my (then) 5 year old to a local office that offered pediatrics and they didn't even have a non letter based eye test which isn't great for kids. I took her to Eye to See to have the script double checked and everyone was o sweet and patient with my daughter. The doctor did not rush her and spent lots of time testing different things and overall it was a great experience. My daughter is very happy with her glasses.

First visit my child had Medicaid coverage. Waited over an hour in a room to get moved to another room for 30 more minutes. Dr Vredevoogd was decent with my then 5 year old adhd kiddo. Unfortunately, we ended up with a script that my child constantly complained didn't help her. So we gave her time to mature. Fast forward to her being almost 9. Went back. Now have insurance. Wait was faster but still 47 min. Dr V again. Got the script. Front desk billing given insurance. Both medical and eye plan info. Get bill in May with bold red stamp saying past due. Eye insurance not billed, only medical which paid a mere $30 of the $290. Called to speak with their billing on 5/19. Told by Jenny and Sarah to disregard bill and they would bill VSP. 6/20 receive a notice stating if I don't pay my bill within 10 days I'll be sent to collections. Mind you VSP still not billed. Spoke with Sara who said "I'm not sure why it didn't take the VSP amount out. Amount owed $258. Explained I'm going to pay the bill and will have VSP reimburse me because I can't trust them at this point and last thing I want is my credit ruined by their negligence. It's obvious the billing department can't do their job. And sadly my child is running into walls with her new script so again we have glasses that don't seem to be the correct script (I don't fully blame them for this so want to make that clear as my kiddo with adhd has a very short attention span when asked "which looks better") I refused to take my kiddo back for a recheck because the can't seem to get it together. We won't be back. Don't recommend them.
