the doctor I saw took absolutely nothing seriously and accused me of having an STD that I did not have simply because of my eye issues. I felt totally overlooked and over a year later I still have issues with my eye with no resolve. just was told BY THE DOCTOR that I was likely cheated on and that is why. that is absolutely false and extremely unprofessional. do not recommend.

Located in the Lakeshore Medical Campus, I recommend this office. Dr. Fenton is a good optometrist. They also offer a nice selection of glasses. I especially enjoy working with Dillon when selecting eyewear.

My appointment went well, but it was about 30 minutes late compared to when it was scheduled. The staff was friendly, and their testing agreed with tests I had done at another clinic. The testing seemed thorough, and I have no complaints other than the delay.

I love working with the staff. I had glasses picked out within 15 minutes!! I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me, but she picked out the winner!! . My eye exam was on time and I was well informed with everything I've been going to Dr. Fenton for years and absolutely love her and her staff.!

Not enough staff to keep up with patients. The first time i wasted my time here, i sat for a hour and a half going through a whole exam. I had my eyes dilated and all, only to have to leave since my children has to be picked up. the doctor was taking to long to get to me just to finish my exam. The second time i wasted here, I waited in line 6 mins past the grace period and got turned away. I wasn't even 2 munutes late, the grace period is 15 minutes. They are just slow, under staffed and over booked. I do not recommend this to anyone who has a full life with no time to waste.

Have not had good experiences here recently. Showed up for an appt and was told they had called to cancel the appt because the doctor retired. I never received a message, but I figured that maybe I made a mistake. We scheduled a new appt, but had to wait 3 months. Showed up to that appt and was told there was nothing on the schedule, and they asked if we had proof of the appt. We don't take cards anymore because we put the appt directly on our calendar. I asked that the office manager call me about the appt mix-ups. It's been over a week and no one has called.

Just not the best place to get your glasses from. The wait is long every time we have been there. The only reason we have been there because my mother's eye surgery was done with this business. Next year not using this place, rather go to another eye glass store.

Doctor Fenton has always been excellent. She more than looks out for her patients and advises them on getting the best treatment no matter what or where it is. I would highly recommend her. When I had some serious vision issues she even gave me her cell phone to contact her if needed. And I did. Several times. How many doctors do that? Excellent lady all the way around.
