20250708 WOW WOW WOW! So thankful I stopped here! While on vacation in this area, one of the screws on my sunglasses fell off 2 days ago. I stopped here to get another put on, and Domink was very friendly and helpful. He not only put a new screw on, he even went above and beyond, and tightened the frame! I was willing to pay for the service, but they didn't charge me, as expected because my eye doctor's office didn't charge me in the past. This optical center is very clean with a nice selection of frames and sunglasses. I didn't see any frames I like. I tend to prefer Kate spade and Maui Jim, which they do not carry.

I had a great day the lady Kim was very nice and greeted me with a nice smile and was very good at telling me about the service and asked me how I she could help. Very professional and friendly you have a very nice person with her. She's a very good asset to your company. Also Dr. Jacquemin was very nice also. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything he gave me a lot understanding about my eyes and how to take care of them. Very pleased of the whole staff. Thank you

I wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for Brooke and the whole customer service team at the 16th street, Holland, Mi , Rx Optical store. They have repaired my glasses multiple times and have been kind and courteous and treated me with the utmost respect as a customer. Leah and the new trainee are absolutely amazing. I was a little creeped out at first but they really went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair. They're super sweet and had trays of glasses out for me to try on. Super supportive as well. I've never had a better experience at Rx and I've gone there for 13 years. Amazing.

I had my first visit at this location today as a new patient. My experience was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The doctor paused to make sure I understood what he was saying, and took the time to ask if I had questions about anything. Thorough as any eye exam I've had before, if not moreso. Rose assisted me with the administrative processes. She was bubbly and kind. They are lucky to have her. She walked me through all my options, what would be covered depending on my choices, and helped me navigate whether to purchase contacts, glasses, or both. Let me be clear, though. They did not force anything on me or try to trick me into buying something. It was up to me and the staff was there to help. I'll be returning as long as I'm in the area and the quality in patient care remains. Overall, great place and great visit!
