They provide great eye care and easy to work with. I have been going to Goodrich on and off since 1995 or so. My kids went to them throughout middle & high school. I come here especially for the thorough diabetic eye exam. Highly recommended.

The comment that they left under this just verify their unprofessionalism to the max. You don't even need to read my review to see what the 1 star is about. I am sure if anyone spoke to anyone else besides the old guy you'd have a pleasant experience, but unfortunately I was unlucky. Change jobs if you can't handle customer service. Thanks Extremely disrespectful and impatient older guy over the phone, zero customer service and goes straight to yelling. I'm sure the service inside is reliable but not for when wanting to schedule appointments or ask basic information that they should know.

We had originally went in for just glasses and ended up having to make an appointment. Only had to wait a few days to get in there and im glad we went there:) the staff is absolutely amazing and so nice:) they even sat with my daughter(9) and was very patient with her:) we are definitely going back next year:)
