I had an excellent experience at Vollink Eye Care! They accommodate me on short notice, and I barely had to wait before being seen. The staff was friendly, professional, and thorough. I left knowing more than when I arrived and felt well-informed about my eye health. Thank you!

Wonderful experience!! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, Dr. Joanna who did my exam was super sweet and knowledgeable (she gave me tips on helping to minimize my issues with dry eye) and the process of getting a rebate for my contact lens was super easy!! The whole experience of this office was warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Mixed Experience, Could Be Better My wife and I recently visited Vollink Eyecare for her first pair of glasses, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff, including the doctor, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel comfortable during the eye exam and were patient with all our questions, which we truly appreciated. However, our enthusiasm waned when it came to selecting the lenses. As first-time glasses shoppers, we expected the staff to guide us through the available options, especially considering our insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this regard. We felt left in the dark about the choices available and were not presented with any options. Our biggest concern was the lens material. The staff automatically put in an order for polycarbonate lenses without discussing other possibilities. We later found out that plastic lenses, covered fully by our insurance, would have been a suitable alternative. We ended up paying extra for a feature we didn't necessarily need or want. As newcomers to the world of eyewear, we would have appreciated more transparency and guidance to make an informed decision. In summary, while the friendly demeanor of the staff and the doctor made our visit pleasant, the lack of information regarding lens options was a significant downside. We hope Vollink Eyecare takes steps to improve their communication with customers, especially those new to the eyewear experience, to avoid unnecessary expenses and ensure customer satisfaction.

Absolutely loved my recent visit to Vollink Eyecare. The front office staff is SO knowledgeable, & helpful in knowing what frames are in style, & work best for each individual person. Dr Vollink was very thorough in his exam, he's honest & doesn't push you for things you don't need. I would highly recommend their office!

I was a 15 year veteran of LensCrafters and not once did I receive the care I got at Vollink my first time. Amazing place!

Today, November 1, 2021 I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vollink's office. I had taken a fall and broken my glasses on Friday. This morning when I went in and asked if they could be fixed his administrative assistant told me no. She immediately took my glasses and put the lens in another pair of frames from the showroom that fit my lens. The cost of the new frames was minimal to me and for an extra $15 they would be in the office tomorrow. So happy to not have to be without my glasses at all

I don't like how they try to charge for extra add ons to glasses without asking first. You should explain and ask if customers want those add ons beforehand.
