The staff here is very unhelpful and rude. They are not willing to help their patients. I feel as if we are just a number to them. My sister got glasses there with the medical card and they broke so I had her call to get the measurements that I needed to get her some new glasses and they told her that it was a fee of $25 for a measurement that they already have on file. They took this measurement when they ordered her glasses so they want to make her pay $25 for doing what inconveniencing them? Well I love 9 hours away and can't get this myself so my sister just has to go without glasses and she can't see without them. Thank you so much for your care of my sisters eyes and making your patients numbers and not number one in your job.
