We recently had an appointment for my son, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The doctor was wonderful with him very patient, knowledgeable, and informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel completely comfortable. The entire staff was extremely helpful and kind from start to finish. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I have been struggling to find the best fit and vision performance with contact lenses. Dr. Layman has been working with me for 4 months. He has tweaked every measurement possible confirmed fittings and ordered more than I can count samples. He has NEVER once made me feel like I'm a bother! He has more energy than the ENERGIZER BUNNY!

I have contacted the office 4, possibly even 5, times over 6 weeks asking Dr. Hardie to write a one sentence note for a simple accommodation for work. I have never received a response. If he didn't want to write the note for whatever reason, a simple response would have been better than being completely ignored. I had been a patient for a few years. I will not be going back.

I really liked Dr. Hardie and the staff at Pinnacle Eye Group. The exam was through and he explained my results in detail. The price of glasses there was far to expensive for me, even with my insurance, but I was able to take my prescription to Costco and order glasses there without any issue. I will definitely go back for my next eye exam.
