I called and made an appointment at Agarwal dental on Joy and middlebelt a week prior. I called the office and let them know I was running 5 minutes late they said they could still take me. When I arrived and checked in the person at the front desk told me I was not scheduled there I was scheduled at their other location and there was no openings for me to be seen now. The dentist overheard the conversation and said no problem we can get her in. As I was waiting for them to call my name they called a different name three times with no reply. Then they realized the name they were calling was supposed to be me?? The dentist told me my insurance would not cover glasses and contacts exam. I told him I'm not sure he wants to continue this because I really want to get contacts and I didn't want him to use up my free examination. He said it would not make a difference he gave me the eye exam and told me to check out then I had to go back and ask for a copy of my prescription and when I asked them to give me the pupil distance that I need because I wear progressive lens to buy online glasses they said that they cannot. Because they no longer sell glasses there. The tech working there that day was polite no problems with her. Everything else sucked about that experience

Received a warm welcome from both the receptionist and office manager, showcasing the excellent staff. My experience was exceptional with a comprehensive exam that eased my nerves. Dr. Hayes demonstrated patience, taking the time needed. Grateful for his assistance in finding my accurate prescription, especially considering my challenging vision issues. Highly recommend this clinic and its outstanding staff.

I had an excellent experience at Aggarwal Eye Care with Dr. Hayes. The receptionist was kind, and the wait time was short. The office manager was also exceptional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. Dr. Hayes was efficient and answered all of my questions with great expertise. I highly recommend Aggarwal Eye Care for exceptional eye care services.

This place is AWESOME!!! Dr. Ryan Hayes was awesome he was very informative about everything. The office staff was the greatest. Debbie was also very informative about my new glasses, these people are not here to take your money like SVS they actually saved me money. Thank you Dr. Hayes and your staff!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nestor for many years. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind , considerate and genuinely concerned about the health of my eyes. And his office staff is amazing; especially Debbie who works in the eyeglass department. I am truly grateful that he is my doctor.

The office staff was rude to me every time I called. The first time I called to cancel a contact order, the woman made it sound like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to issue me a refund and call the insurance company. The next time I called was to get my script sent over to another vendor for contacts. I did not have the fax number off hand and when I offered to give her the phone number, once again, this woman acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to call and get the fax number. I find it ridiculous that I was given an attitude by these women for something that they are supposed to perform as part of their job. I will not be using them again.

I made an appointment here based off of the good reviews. My glasses broke in half and i have very poor eyesite so i was thrilled they were able to see me within a few days. Unfortunately, i was rushed out quickly after seeing the doctor without being shown to the showroom to pick out frames or being spoken to about ordering contacts or glasses with them. So when i got home i attempted to order both elsewhere and was unable to due to being given an incomplete script for both. I don't know if the doctor and receptionist were having a bad morning or if they didnt want to assist me further because i do not have insurance but i left feeling insulted and confused, with broken glasses and cash in my purse ready to pay for new ones.

Made an appointment he found I had a detached retina not his specialty but he got me in to DR Hatem a Retinal specialist that same day then I had surgery the next morning I am now able to see as well as ever his prompt action probably saved my eye sight I would not trust my eyes to anyone else (unless its someone he referred me to) :).
